A balloon garland has the remarkable ability to transform any party into a whimsical and enchanting celebration. With its vibrant colors, playful shapes, and eye-catching designs, a balloon garland instantly creates a festive atmosphere that captivates guests from the moment they arrive. As a versatile decoration, it can be customized to match any theme or color scheme, making it the perfect accent piece to tie together the overall decor.

We understand that balloons are sometimes more of a luxury and not a necessity.  For those instances where you don’t want to “go big or go home” (you actually just want to go home), but you still want that POP of fun!! Our Grab and Go Garlands come fully assembled and ready for pick up in Cave Spring.  It comes with all the necessary tools for hanging, including a video tutorial to guide you along the way.  These garlands range from four feet to nine feet, you will need the suburban for the larger ones, and will stay inflated for several days in their travel bags.

Make your grand event truly unforgettable with our signature Balloon Garlands. These custom garlands can be tailored with specialty balloons, logos, monograms, greenery, florals and many other exciting touches. We turn your ideas into a visual masterpiece that will have your guests talking long after the party is over. 

The minimum size for a custom garland install is 10 feet. Larger corporate events average around 14’.

  • Garland prices range from $20-$26 feet per foot not including delivery and installation. Additional fees may be added for travel or time consuming jobs. These will be included in the quote for approval.

These creations are where it gets really fun! You can be as specific as sending inspiration pictures and a color palette, or as vague as “I have no clue, do your thing!” These designs can be tailored with specialty balloons, logos, monograms, greenery, florals and many other exciting touches. Structures such as the large gold ring, the free standing arch, the gold hexagon, and candy walls are available on custom installs as well.  These start at TEN feet and are built to fit your event space so the sky is the limit, literally!

  • Custom balloon installations, including rentals, click HERE to start the order process.

  • Once your date is confirmed available, you will receive an invoice for a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit. This secures your date.

  • Your final balance will be due one week before the install date. You will receive a Square Invoice from Christi’s Cakes & Creations to pay with a card or you can Venmo. Failure to pay could result in cancelation of services. Initial deposits are non refundable.

  • Orders are based on availability so the more notice, the better. That being said, it is possible that we can still accommodate you right at the last minute. Last minute orders are subject to a rush booking fee that will be determined at the time of sale. They will also be limited to the balloon stock we have on hand at the time.

  • We do offer non profit pricing. It is done on a case-by-case basis. Please email us to discuss!!

  • Yes, the minimum for install is $240 (latex only) within the included delivery range. Additional travel fees apply outside of the Cave Spring area. If you would like something smaller, our grab and go options are available for pick up and come fully assembled and ready to hang!!

  • Yes, every quote issued includes a 20% install and delivery fee within 15 minutes of the Cave Spring area. Areas outside of the delivery range vary and are calculated based on the location. They will be determined at the time of the quote.

  • There are several factors that affect the lifespan of a balloon garland or arrangement. We use only the highest quality balloons in an effort to keep them in tact as long as possible but it is possible that some may deflate or pop sooner than we hope. We cannot guarantee any timeframe and cannot guarantee the balloons once they have been delivered or picked up. Should something happen during delivery or set up, the balloons will be replaced with no question. Factors such as direct sunlight, hot temperatures, cold temperatures, children, pets, storage choice, hot surfaces, and outdoor greenery or foliage can affect our creations. Indoor garlands have the ability, in some cases to last for months if they are kept in a climate controlled environment away from the dangers listed above. No guarantees but we see it all the time thanks to our superior balloon quality.

  • Balloons will naturally begin an oxidation process once they are exposed to the elements in the air. Just as the lifespan can be affected by many factors, this can too. For example, balloons in direct sunlight will typically get a chalky finish much quicker than balloons that are indoors. This is a natural process and there is no way to prevent it from happening. For indoor installs you can inquire about a quote for balloon spray that keeps them shiny for a longer period of time, however it is not recommended for balloons that will be in direct sunlight or exposed to high temperatures.

  • It is definitely a possibility since balloons expand when they get hot, sadly popping is always a threat. On days where the heat is extreme, we encourage you to find a spot that is shaded and out of the direct sunlight but that still doesn’t guarantee they will stay in tact. If your event has a long duration and you need your display to hold up for several hours, we can talk about options. We always do our very best to make sure you get what you are expecting even if that means changing the location at the last minute to allow for better durability.

  • The size and perplexity of the design will determine the install time. We do our best to make sure we are in and out in a reasonable time frame and we schedule your install based on the start time of your event, usually allowing a cushion to make sure we are on track. Our arrival time windows are 8am-noon or noon-4pm (unless event start times are specific and it has been discussed). We will advise you prior to install date once we map our day out. We try to be out in under an hour as long as nothing happens to slow down the process. We ask that you ensure the area we are installing in is free from hazards and easy accessible. We also ask that any structures you are having balloons installed on be assembled PRIOR to our arrival. Failure to do so could result in the balloons being dropped off with the hardware for the client to install, we are usually running on a schedule and have other installs to make it to. No money will be refunded for install fees.

  • We always look for things already in place to secure balloons to first, such as items we can tie anchors to. Otherwise, we use removable command hooks for 95% of our hanging needs. If the structure is brick, we will use a different type of adhesive that is much stronger. Please follow the specific 3M instructions when removing the command hooks so that paint stays in tact. Pop is not responsible for damaged property due to balloon removal. Please see the video on how to properly remove command strips HERE.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to take down the balloons. Structures such as rings, hexagons, columns, arches etc. will be picked up at our earliest convenience once your event is over, usually within 36 hours. If you are hosting at a venue, you will need to inform them that you are putting up balloons as they may charge a fee for take down. You should also inform them that we will be back for any structures remaining. We do our best to relay this when possible but there are times we do not conversate with the venue owners. The client is 100% responsible for replacing any structures that disappear or get damaged, this is subject to overnight shipping based on when the item is going back out to rent.

  • We understand that life happens sometimes and we always try to find a way to work with our clients. Unfortunately, by scheduling an install for your event, we forfeit being able to serve anyone else at that time. At the time of booking, a 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold your date. This is charged once the quote has been approved by the client. If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your event date and I would be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations less than one week from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable. Grab and go orders will need to be rescheduled at least ONE WEEK prior to your pickup date.

  • If you have inspirational photos or a logo, we will do our best to match the colors. Some colors are harder to obtain than others and in that case we will send you options so we can be as specific as possible. A lot of our clients just send us an idea and say “do your thing” allowing us to determine the best color scheme or they say “ I want the same colors you used here” referencing a previous balloon display of ours. Either way, we will help you!!
